Job Role:
- Oversee the implementation and review of OH&S management system.
- Ensure adherence to OHS policies and standards.
- Provide improvement ideas for safety and quality enhancement.
- Lead investigations into accidents and incidents.
- Maintain and update SOPs in collaboration with management.
- Responsible for certification and renewal of HSE-related certifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in OHS Compliance & sustainability.
- Professional qualifications in the field will be an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala languages.
- Salary Range: 250K-275K (Negotiable)
