Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be comfortable multitasking and budgeting resources to meet assigned quotas.

Job Role:

• Journalizing vendor invoices and payment journals in our cutting-edge ERP system
• Reconciling vendor accounts and preparing insightful reports
• Crafting WHT certificates for local payments precisely
• Creating Purchase orders seamlessly within our ERP system
• Efficiently allocating spare parts to our service center
• Assisting with monthly physical stock counts and reconciliations
• Handling bank entries and performing accurate bank reconciliations
• Providing support with petty cash management
• Assisting with various administrative tasks for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
• Completion or partial qualification in a professional finance-related exam
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software
• Strong work ethics and able to handle confidential data responsibly
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
