Job Description
Responsibilities
- Acquire company procuring requirements, review, compare, analyse, and approve products and services to be purchased
- Coordinate with requesters to execute purchase orders within agreed timelines
- Negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms with suppliers
- Expedite deliveries, payments, and aftercare of orders for process completion
- Monitor and determine inventory levels
- Conduct monthly market surveys for raw materials
- Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports
- Maintain and update supplier information in ERP system
- Enter/update supplier acknowledgment information in D365 system (ERP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/Procurement/Logistics/Business Management or Professional Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a purchasing role
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system or similar is advantageous
- Experience in AS9100D Quality Standard is advantageous
- Strong communication & negotiation skills, attention to detail, fluency in English
