Job Description
W15 comprises of a suite of villas located in Weligama, Ahangama, Colombo, Hanthana, and Nuwara Eliya. We seek an exceptional individual to enhance staff training and development, manage training budgets, and optimize training effectiveness. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of training experience, and flexibility for weekend work and travel.
Key Requirements:
- Conduct regular training needs assessments
- Enhance staff knowledge to keep up with industry changes
- Manage training budget with the financial department
- Select high-quality teaching materials
- Maintain and update training programs
- Mentor instructors and optimize future courses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of Training and Development experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
