Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager – Tendering at Tudawe Brothers in Colombo. The Senior Manager will be responsible for tender management, tender preparation, procurement, sales, and project management. The role involves overseeing the tendering process, managing projects, and collaborating with various teams.

Experience & Qualifications

Tender Preparation and Submission.
Bid Evaluation and Negotiation.
Market Research and Business Development.
Team Management and Collaboration.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related.
