Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern at Formix in Colombo. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, policy development, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Experience in Personnel Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
