Role Description:
We are hiring a full-time Tendering Manager in Colombo to oversee tender management, procurement, and project coordination. Take charge of the tender process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead tendering processes from pre-qualification to submission.
- Analyze project requirements and prepare cost estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive bid preparation.
- Conduct market analysis and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Provide post-tender feedback for process enhancement.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with Chartered Qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering or project management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
