Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join our team immediately.
Location: Rajagiriya
Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
- Degree or HND in Computer Science
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in system administration, server maintenance, security management, and workstation management
- End user hardware configuration and troubleshooting
- System access management
- Act as secondary IT support contact
- Support Service Desk process and tools
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Procurement and management of IT equipment
- Network and CCTV system supervision
