Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement quality assurance programs and processes.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure product/service compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze quality data to provide insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline].
  • 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
