Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement quality assurance programs and processes.
- Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure product/service compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze quality data to provide insights and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline].
- 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
