Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Executive – Production to join our team at the Badalgama facility. Responsibilities include meeting production targets, optimizing processes, and fostering continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Senior Executive – Production.
• Aid in achieving production goals with specified quality standards.
• Oversee and sustain efficient production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process enhancement.

Candidate Profile:

• Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Bio Science, Physical Science, or an Engineering Diploma.
• Manufacturing Management certification is a bonus.
• Prior experience in manufacturing field is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thriving in a dynamic and challenging work setting.
