Responsibilities
Your core responsibility is to support the Admin Team in carrying out various tasks such as office coordination, employee welfare, onboarding, vendor liaison, travel management, event organization, reception duties, document management, communication, technology utilization, and problem-solving.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2-3 years with 1 year in a similar role
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication
- Telephone Etiquette: Strong knowledge
- Office Management: Organizational skills
- Language Skills: Proficient in English
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Teamwork: Proactive team player
- Education: Business Administration background preferred
