Job Description
Responsible for improving, developing, and implementing operational guidelines, policies, and procedures in line with the Banks’ policies. Monitoring compliance to regulatory requirements and coordinating various operational activities. Providing guidance on resolving operational issues and ensuring staff adherence to guidelines.
The Job:
- Review and update operational procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Develop new guidelines as per regulatory requirements
- Monitor staff’s adherence to guidelines and escalate breaches
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, IT departments
- Provide training and support to resolve operational issues
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience
- Fluent in Branch Banking operations
- Analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
