Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Identify customer requirements based on the design sketch and ensure timely sample process.
• Coordinate sample development process, follow up on raw material requirements, and deliver samples promptly.
• Implement T&A, manage raw material delivery, plan cut dates, and ensure product feasibility for seamless production.
• Analyze concerns from customers, suppliers, and internal teams and take corrective actions.
• Follow up on deliveries, avoid delays, and oversee outsourcing operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
• Degree or Diploma in relevant field.
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills and computer literacy.
• Experience with UK/European customers is an advantage.
