Job Description

Delmege Group, a leading conglomerate, is seeking an experienced individual to join as Senior Manager / Manager – Finance. The role involves leading financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintenance of records.
• Maintain balance sheets, lead inventory verification, and manage funds efficiently.
• Implement controls for asset safeguarding and tax compliance.
• Prepare budgets, oversee cost management, and monitor divisional targets.
• Manage shared services functions and provide strategic business advice.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance and a CA / CIMA / ACCA qualification.
• 5 years of finance leadership experience in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of Financial Management, Reporting, Budgeting, and Tax Regulations.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV, SAGE, QB, MS Excel, and PowerBI.
