Job Description
Familiarizing and acquiring in-depth knowledge of all payment products and services offered by Card Center.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with other units of card center.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Suggesting upgrades or added features of interest to clients.
Preparing business proposals for management approval and finalizing agreements with clients.
Following up with New Product Development Unit and IT Department on new business initiatives.
Involved in preparing documentation for new products and features.
