Job Description

We’re Hiring Senior Production Executive for our client in the food manufacturing industry.

Job location: Biyagama

Your Role

• Lead and supervise production operations to meet targets and schedules.
• Guide and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Maintain detailed production records and provide insightful reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Production Management, or related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in an executive role within meat or bakery manufacturing.
