Job Description
NDB Wealth Management Limited is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Compliance Team. Responsibilities include implementing compliance program, preparing reports, conducting reviews, and providing compliance education.
- Review and implement compliance program based on prioritized risks
- Prepare compliance reports and submit to regulator
- Conduct periodic reviews of policies and procedures
- Stay updated on compliance activities and provide education
- Audit and monitor company processes
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field
- Attorney-at-law with 5 years’ experience
- Postgraduate studies in Compliance preferred
- 4+ years’ compliance or risk management experience
- Understanding of investment management compliance and anti-money laundering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
