Job Description
You should possess:
- Sound Educational Background (Secondary education preferably with a qualification in Administration).
- 1-2 years experience in administration and system handling.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency, MS Office application, and soft skills for effective team playing.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate with different departments.
- Knowledge of email writing, letter writing, and filing is required.
You Should:
- Be organized.
- Be a team player and take ownership of tasks assigned with minimal supervision.
- Understand system requirements and ability to think adjust and implement action as required.
- Be attentive to details and maintain proper records on all details.
- Be able to meet deadlines and results-oriented with a “can do” attitude.
