Job Description
- Manage/operate entire IPTV/OTT platform/offering for SLT
- Operational Support and R&D for new technologies and platform enhancements
- Support in streamlining managed service offering (IPTV/OTT)
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with internal teams, customers, and principles
- Provide technical support for existing solutions and maintain the SLAs
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the support provided
