Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Executive in the IT industry at InTalent Asia. This full-time role is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with onsite work from Monday to Friday. The closing date for applications is 05.04.2024.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with recruitment agencies to source suitable candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct assessments to shortlist candidates.
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records accurately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 4-5 years experience in IT recruitment.
- Understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
