Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at Five Star Tableware in Colombo. The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, and overseeing manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Production Planning and Operations Management skills
• Quality Control expertise
• Strong background in Production Management
• Experience in Manufacturing Operations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
