Responsibilities
- Strategizing and planning for the brand and facilitating the annual brand marketing plan process
- Enhancing brand saliency and brand equity via relevant and engaging marketing activities
- Identifying research needs and conducting annual research on customer and competitor trends
- Strategic guidance for enhancing the quality of activities for World Class Customer Service
- Realigning marketing activities to support channels by building consideration
- Ensuring timely communication asset development
- Improving customer loyalty through internal database analysis and research
- Aligning digital/TV/Radio and PR activities to improve brand awareness
- Conducting Agency meetings to support brand objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or CIM UK/SLIM qualified
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing/brand management
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
