Job Description
Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1 year experience in Operations/manufacturing environment.
- Lean Yellow Belt certification or equivalent knowledge in implementing lean tools like Root Cause Analysis and Cycle Time Analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI is an advantage.
- Ability to lead change management, drive transformation, and collaborate with other teams.
Scope & Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing lean tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Cycle Time Analysis, and Takt Time Analysis.
- Process Optimization: Identify deviations, propose workflow improvements, and contribute to process enhancement.
- Report and Data Integrity: Review reports, ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
