Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and ensuring seamless operations for clients? Epic Lanka Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Systems Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, test, monitor, and maintain systems for internal and external clients.
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and complete project support tasks promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, including applications, servers, and OS.
  • Perform hardware replacements and facilitate enterprise-level server and storage maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely bug fixes, updates, and CR implementations.
  • Support disaster recovery (DR) drills and address customer concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate logs of reported issues and document customer environments.
  • Research and implement latest technologies for operational efficiency.
  • Promote equality and customer-focused service in all aspects.
  • Willingness to provide client support via on-call roster after business hours.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years in a similar role with experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Industry-standard certifications like RHCSA or CKA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), network infrastructure, and enterprise server environments.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills for effective technical issue resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal team interaction.
