Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Officer at Granbell Hotel Colombo. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for the overall HR operation of key functional areas of HR including Employee relations, Benefits & compensation, Recruitment, Welfare, Administration, and Performance management. The role involves facilitating the smooth operation of HR functions within the hotel. We seek an active, passionate individual ready to adapt to Japanese – Sri Lankan Hospitality culture and aspire to be a role model representing the HR Department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1.5 – 2 years experience in a role at the Human Resource Department in a similar star-class hotel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office & computer literacy
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from a recognized institute
