Job Description
Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd is seeking Assistant Territory Managers for the Colombo region.
Responsibilities:
- Increase revenue and product penetrations through retail channels.
- Improve retail brand visibility by using updated marketing materials.
- Monitor and manage partners, sub dealers, distributors effectively.
- Perform regular route visits, promotions, and market audits.
- Develop staff at touch points for excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have passed G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations.
- Preferably a degree in General Management / Marketing.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Retail / FMCG.
- Skills in customer engagement, negotiation, team building.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
