Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Information Technology, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting
- Experience in Team Leadership and Management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
