Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business expansion and securing new target Principals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and propose growth opportunities.
- Identify new trade routes and transshipment opportunities.
- Provide top-tier customer service and manage debt and debtors.
- Manage billing functions, prepare business plans, and oversee resource allocation.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 7 years of NVOCC industry experience with 5 years in a managerial role.
- Hold a Degree (NVQ Level 4) related to the industry/business.
- Strong marketing acumen and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
