Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in apparel manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of garment production processes
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
