Job Description

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• MBA and/or professional qualifications such as CIMA, and PMP would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar role or capacity and a minimum of 05 years of experience in the industry.
• Excellent communication/presentation, negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships and network.
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple business solutions (presales projects) in parallel.
• Create winning business solutions, proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, etc.
• Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers/opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to get the necessary support for the business solution process.
• Focus on maximizing the customer value proposition/ROI when providing solutions.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of work according to stakeholder expectations.
• Build a good professional relationship with customers.
• Work under minimum supervision.
