Job Description
The Junior Growth Marketer role at We Are Team Rocket is a dynamic position focused on expanding lead generation and nurturing mid-funnel prospects through strategic and creative marketing solutions. As a key contributor to the agency’s growth initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in driving conversations, leads, and measurable business growth. This position offers the opportunity to engage with clients, manage campaigns, and create data-driven strategies that align with the agency’s mission of delivering exceptional value.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Design and manage LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns to grow both client and internal business opportunities.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and audience demographics to develop actionable insights and data-driven strategies.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, coordinate across internal teams, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop engaging content and innovative strategies for LinkedIn and other social media platforms to boost brand visibility.
- Copywriting & Profile Optimization: Craft compelling and personalized copy for LinkedIn profiles and marketing campaigns. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and enhance expertise in outbound and inbound marketing practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience – 6+ months in marketing or business development; 1+ years preferred for client services.
- Graduate/Undergraduate in marketing or business; SLIM/CIM qualification a plus.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with versatile copywriting ability
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
