Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Student Consultant at InfoTute Study Abroad located in Kandy. As a Student Consultant, your responsibilities include guiding students interested in studying abroad, helping them explore study programs, assisting with applications, sharing information on scholarships, and ensuring a smooth transition into study programs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of study abroad programs and universities
- Ability to provide guidance and support to students
- Proficiency in English language
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, International Relations)
- Experience studying or working abroad is a plus
