Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Supervisor (Shift Manager) at Tea Avenue in Colombo. The Cafe Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience as a barista or in coffee preparation is a plus
• Relevant certification or training in hospitality management
