Job Description
Leading multinational Company is looking for Corporate Medical Advisor at Colombo location. Strategic Responsibility:
- Offering leadership and specialized knowledge in the field of Medical & Occupational Health (M&OH).
- Providing counsel and direction to Business Leadership on public health, workplace health, and healthcare-related concerns.
- Conducting data analysis to detect disease trends and formulate intervention strategies.
- Providing updates on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in M&OH.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Site SHE on health initiatives.
- Conducting risk assessments and offering guidance on workplace health risks.
- Managing work-related illnesses and facilitating employees’ reintegration.
- Promoting health through wellness programs and mental wellbeing standards.
- Coordinating access to clinical care and managing medical emergencies.
- Advising HR on industry trends in medical and occupational health services.
