Job Description

The Import-Export Documentation Executive role at Macoline Freight involves managing documentation for international trade, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with customs authorities and clients.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.

Experience: 1-3 years of export/import documentation or logistics experience. Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping processes preferred.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, Letters of Credit, and proficiency in ERP systems and trade documentation software.

Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and ability to work under pressure.

Additional Qualifications: Certifications in Export-Import Management, Logistics, or a second language fluency are advantageous.

Performance Indicators: Accuracy of documentation, meeting trade regulations, efficient shipment processing, and client satisfaction.

Salary Range: 85,00 LKR – 140,00 LKR
