Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Create customized tour itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
- Manage and coordinate bookings with hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and resolving any issues.
- Prepare and send quotations, confirmations, and invoices to clients.
- Stay updated with tourism trends, destinations, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the tourism or travel industry (preferably inbound).
- Good knowledge of Sri Lanka’s travel destinations, attractions, and accommodations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluency in English/Sinhala and Tamil (would be an added advantage).
