Job Description
The suitable candidate will have the opportunity to work with Hemas Consumer Brands in Sri Lanka’s Sales and Customer Marketing, providing decision support and business partnering. Responsibilities include managing and driving efficiency in sales distribution, influencing decision making using profitability measures, driving ROI of trade terms, providing finance insights, and ensuring accountability in trade terms. Qualifications include being academically and professionally qualified, 4-5 years’ post-qualification experience, FMCG sector experience, understanding in sales and marketing, networking, and exposure to business analytics and ERP systems.
