Job Description
Join our team at ASSET BPO Sri Lanka, a prestigious IATA Accredited Travel Agency and a member of Asset Group Company. We are currently looking for a talented Visa Processing Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers on tickets, pricing, and flight schedules.
- Entering customer information into a computer system.
- Explaining airport rules to passengers.
- Processing refunds and boarding passes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in Visa procedures.
- Degree from a recognized university or IATA qualification.
- Qualification in Airline Marketing, GDS, and Amadeus system.
