Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction, building materials, and structural industries
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, and developers
- Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of our metal coating and painting solutions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Requirements:
- Professional/Educational qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or coatings/painting products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of metal coatings, painting processes, and construction industry requirements is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required
