Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and closely manage the sales team to develop effective strategies to achieve sales value and distribution targets both individually and collectively.
- Efficiently manage distributors to achieve organizational value and distribution targets.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with dealers and distributors, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effectively manage and collect outstanding payments by the team, from dealers to distributors and distributors to the organization.
- Manage distributor’s pipeline to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience: Over 5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Territory Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in territory management and distribution channel management.
