Job Description

Support accurate recognition of project and milestone costs.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual Gross Profit (GP) reporting.

Ensure proper classification of GPs and record them in General Ledgers (GLs).

Help with GL reconciliations.

Post cost Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and notify relevant parties of exceeded costs.

Update Work-In-Progress (WIP) schedules.

Assist in quarterly commission calculations.

Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and forecasting.

Report treasury status to the group.

Monitor banking facility utilization and liaise with banks for business requirements.

Record journal entries related to treasury and period-end procedures.

Assist in VAT, SSCL, and Withholding Tax (WHT) calculations.

Implement new developments in ERP.
