Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders accurately and promptly in the ERP system
  • Obtain quotations from suppliers and follow up to ensure timely procurement
  • Manage vendor registration process and maintain up-to-date records Assist in evaluating suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, and delivery timelines
  • Support in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience or internship in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations is advantageous
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply
  • Male candidates aged between 20-30 years are preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Availability to work half-day on Saturdays
