Job Description
- Manage the Group Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings and materials for meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Preparing memos, and emails for the Group Managing Director where required.
- Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Group Managing Director.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for Group Managing Director.
- Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
