Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of HR at Formix. The Head of HR will oversee HR management, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, develop HR policies, manage employee relations, and implement strategies for recruitment, retention, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
