Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain, coordinate, and monitor project plans, schedules, and work hours for assigned projects.
- Schedule, participate in, document, and follow up on stakeholder meetings.
- Manage required changes, update necessary documents, and ensure project deadlines are met throughout the project life cycle according to the project management calendar.
- Ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to agile software development practices across cross-functional teams.
- Oversee project execution, ensure communication with clients, understand their needs, and meet requirements.
- Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, risks, and issue mitigation plans.
- Deal with project-related escalations and seek input to resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
