Job Description

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? Join our team and make an impact by managing diverse HR functions with flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview processes.
  • Oversee employee induction, documentation, and EPF/ETF processing.
  • Handle exit processes, including documentation and interviews.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and ensure payroll compliance.
  • Update employee files and manage communications.
  • Update HR policies and ensure compliance.
  • Address employee queries and draft official letters.
  • Coordinate supplies, vendor management, and asset tracking.
  • Organize internal and external events and meetings.
  • Track expenses and assist accounting with financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Human Resources.
  • Working experience in a similar capacity.
