Job Description
The Job:
- Handle various imports products like Shipping Guarantees, LC Bills, Import Loans, etc. and maintain agreed service levels with business lines.
- Manage Import L/C opening while meeting service level agreements.
- Provide exceptional internal/external customer service.
- Adhere to regulatory, compliance & ISO requirements.
- Manage operational risks and monitor accounts effectively.
- Increase department productivity and reduce costs.
The Person:
- Qualification in Banking & Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Trade Finance.
- Strong customer relationship, execution, and interpersonal skills.
- High motivation and determination.
