Job Description
Teardrop Island is a collection of stylish, luxury boutique hotels & villas in distinct regions across the island.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all reservation inquiries from travel agents and direct guests.
- Proficiency in utilizing various systems, including the Central Reservation System (CRS).
- Maximize conversion of inquiries and maintain relationships with travel agents.
- Proactively upsell & cross-sell products within the chain.
- Provide timely updates to management and colleagues.
- Assist in the coordination and distribution of work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OTA & Channel Manager.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar position in the hotel sector.
- Positive character with a professional attitude.
