Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones and timelines.
- Manage the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Track and report on progress, making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
- Provide leadership to multiple cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Implement and continuously improve Agile practices for efficient operations.
- Align project execution with strategic objectives and ensure transparent communication.
- Facilitate status meetings, reporting, and project reviews for alignment.
- Promote team collaboration and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Implement governance structures to align projects with business objectives.
You will be a perfect fit if you have:
- 8-10 years of experience, with 3-4 years in Software project/delivery management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and exceptional leadership skills.
- Experience managing complex projects in high-pressure environments.
- Well-versed in Atlassian and Microsoft product suite; CSM, PMP qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience in FinTech domain is a plus.
