Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at Abans Group. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and driving sales through excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers, incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries and concerns.
- Address customer complaints effectively, providing solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update and manage customer information in the database accurately and ensure confidentiality.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall service process.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and find effective solutions.
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills.
- Strong Communication skills and Sales experience and ability.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
